"Made a call to add a vehicle to my policy and had an exceptional experience with Lisa DeSena. My wife was on her way to her credit union to show them the insurance declaration I was calling for, so that she could get the check to purchase the vehicle we were adding. My wife had limited time before her work shift started and so did I, as I was on my lunch break. Spoke to the State Farm general customer service phone number a couple days prior and they entered in most of the information but needed to finalize with my agency. When we tried to bring up the info we discovered that for some reason all the info I submitted with customer service didn’t get saved and we had to enter everything in again. I told Lisa how I didn’t have much time and she ran through everything swiftly and concisely. The prior call with customer service was unnecessarily long, Lisa got the same information inputted, and finalized billing in less than half the time of the customer service call. My wife nor I was late. The entire interaction was refreshingly professional and human, thx!!"
