"Back in January , I needed Brian/mike to add car on my insurance, however he replaced my current car which lead for it to get towed. Mind you I called Mike the day of when I got pulled over show he can forward me the information to show the police and I never recieved an email. The car got towed due to no insurance which lead dmv to revoke registration on the car, and I was left at the side of the road . Leaving me with over a week of storage fee and tickets to pay for a mistake done by Mike and his team. Mike couldn’t even pay for the ticket or storage fee; and not to mention I had to wait over 3 weeks to get documentation from Mike showing I had the car insured. We are now in August, I’ve reached out to Mike and his team to send me documentation so I can show the courts and I still haven’t received any email for documentation. From being a customer over 5 years ,I can safely say Mike/ Brian hold a lot of open promises and never even try to get back to you. Please if you’re going to have Mike as your agent, proceed with caution. You’ll have better luck with an online agent who can help you instantly."
