"Lisa DeSena is one of the greatest workers in that agency let me start off and say that. After paying my bill last night I received an email this morning stating my insurace wouldn't be reinstated this month due to "nonpayment of premium plan" as well as missing information for a previous claim so I called and spoke to about 2-3 workers, was getting the runarounds about how Underwriting wasn't going to reinstate due to a previous claim. An hour has went by and I'm stressing at this point, my girlfriend insists me to call the agency again so I did and thats when I spoke to Lisa and she started telling me stuff that none of the other agents was telling me. I gave the information that was requested by Underwriting and Lisa called me back with good news that my insurance has been reinstated for this month. I really appreciate how Lisa handled my situation to get my Insurance valid."

"Made a call to add a vehicle to my policy and had an exceptional experience with Lisa DeSena. My wife was on her way to her credit union to show them the insurance declaration I was calling for, so that she could get the check to purchase the vehicle we were adding. My wife had limited time before her work shift started and so did I, as I was on my lunch break. Spoke to the State Farm general customer service phone number a couple days prior and they entered in most of the information but needed to finalize with my agency. When we tried to bring up the info we discovered that for some reason all the info I submitted with customer service didn’t get saved and we had to enter everything in again. I told Lisa how I didn’t have much time and she ran through everything swiftly and concisely. The prior call with customer service was unnecessarily long, Lisa got the same information inputted, and finalized billing in less than half the time of the customer service call. My wife nor I was late. The entire interaction was refreshingly professional and human, thx!!"
